CART WAREHOUSE LEAD (INGOT/WAFER)

Responsibilities Manage staff (temporary) team members, including but not limited to training, attendance management, work quality/productivity management, and filling in roles for no-show staff when necessary. Maintain constant communication with shuttle drivers and external warehouse personnel regarding real-time STO schedule updates related to Ingot/Wafer operations. Receive and inspect incoming Ingot/Wafer materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Store and organize Ingot/Wafer inventory according to designated procedures, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track material movement. Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely operations.
