Lead, GTM Operations

Purpose of Role The Lead, GTM Operations will drive the Go To Market operating process for the Americas cross‑functional teams, leading to alignment and seamless market delivery. This role aligns strategy, elevates and solves for bottlenecks, and dictates the tempo of the operating model, while coordinating multiple functions to support product go‑live readiness as a key component of the Go To Marketing operating model. Your Impact Define seasonal GTM strategy: Outline and evolve DTC Channel Go‑To‑Market Calendar milestones, charter, and RACI’s; workshop inputs, outputs, decisions needed for each milestone; enable follow‑ups; execute milestone needs for channel; review prior season challenges and opportunities. Account and regional milestone execution: Partner with the GTM team to manage milestone pre, during, and post event logistics, including catering, swag, hotel, attendee lists, calendar invites, and external contracts. Channel communication: Lead biweekly communication by gathering key inputs from cross‑functional partners to ensure the latest information is shared in a streamlined and organized way. Calendar management: Manage channel operations weekly to ensure key dates are updated and communicated within partner functional calendars. Regional priority launch tracking: Operationalize weekly round table to ensure on‑time launch of priority product and campaigns; identify and drive accountability with cross‑functional partners; partner with analytics to support quarterly insights that impact future launches. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, merchandising, sales, direct‑to‑consumer, planning, operations, strategy, or consulting for consumer goods. Studies in operations, business administration, or a related career. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Knowledge of project management tools, including Lucid, Smartsheet, Loop, and Canva. Proven cross‑functional business process management and project management experience, building a project from ideation to execution. Outstanding people and relationship skills and ability to interact with different levels of a cross‑functional, international organization, consultative and collaborative style. High level of organization: ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in compressed timeframes with attention to detail. Critical and logical thinking to locate problems and offer the best solution. Negotiation skills for cross‑functional and cross‑country interactions. Analytical skills for launch program readiness and downstream impacts. Creative thinking and excellent problem‑solving skills. Workplace Location Location: Must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office. Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule requiring 4 days in‑office per week. $100,000.00‑$135,000.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
