Overview Telecare is hiring for Residential Counselor positions. The Muriel Wright Recovery Center CRT is a 15-bed voluntary crisis residential treatment center on Santa Clara Countys Muriel Wright behavioral health campus in San Jose, California. The CRT is co-located with the Substance Use Treatment Services (SUTS) program. The program serves a co-ed population with a majority male census; referrals are persons with justice-involved mental health status. The average length of stay is 14-21 days. This program is under contract with Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services Department. What You Will Do To Change Lives The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to individuals and groups served. Shifts On Call; Shift Hours and Days vary as needed. NOC priority. Compensation Expected starting wage range $24.59 - $29.64. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
