AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than when they arrived. You are the face of our company and you are proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends‑first mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. You can flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. You assist your team in getting the job done. Integrity is important; you always adhere to AEO policies and procedures. What You’ll Need Love interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop. Love AE and Aerie products. Prior retail experience.
