Manager Trainee

Overview We are Tower Loan, a long‑standing consumer finance company with over 260 offices in eight states. Our Manager Development Program offers a 10‑12 month apprenticeship designed to equip trainees with the skills necessary to excel in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, and to prepare them for leadership roles. Responsibilities Assist the branch manager and managers in exceeding office goals and performance targets. Provide superior customer service, build long‑term relationships, and recommend appropriate products. Conduct payment reminders and arrangements with customers. Support management duties such as delegating workload, analyzing loan documents, recruiting, staff development, and performance management. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities. Preferred experience in sales, collections, or customer service. Schedule & Location On‑site role located in multiple locations across eight states. Schedule: Monday–Friday,8:30AM–5:30PM (with occasional extended hours or Saturday as needed). Benefits Competitive base salary plus performance‑based incentives.
