Position Overview The Director of Product Management is responsible for defining and driving the company’s product vision, strategy, and execution. This leader will align market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives into a clear, actionable roadmap that accelerates growth and strengthens our competitive position. This role sits at the intersection of customer, technology, and revenue, and requires a leader who can operate both strategically and tactically while ensuring disciplined execution across the product lifecycle. Set Product Vision & Strategy Own the Product Roadmap Drive Execution Excellence Be the Voice of the Customer Influence Revenue & Growth Build and Lead the Team The Director of Product Management will lead and develop the product team, partner closely with Engineering/Development, Sales, and Customer Success, and serve as a key voice in shaping company strategy. Key Responsibilities Set Product Vision & Strategy Define where we are going and why Translate market trends and customer insights into winning product bets Own the Product Roadmap Prioritize ruthlessly based on business impact Balance innovation, technical investment, and customer commitments Drive Execution Excellence Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery in partnership with Engineering Establish strong product management discipline and operating cadence Be the Voice of the Customer Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and value drivers Bring market clarity into every major decision Influence Revenue & Growth Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, packaging, and pricing Support key deals and strategic accounts when needed Build and Lead the Team Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing product organization Set a high bar for thinking, accountability, and ownership Qualifications Strategic thinker who can connect market, product, and revenue Strong operator who can drive execution, not just ideas Comfortable pushing back with data and conviction Credible with both customers and engineers Has seen scale and knows what “good” looks like 10+ years of experience within the relevant industry (SaaS/software preferred). Deep understanding of regulatory, operational, and competitive dynamics. Proven ability to translate market trends into strategic initiatives. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Demonstrated credibility with customers and industry leaders.
