We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Clover, SC area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures, and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain safety for team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers deliver timely, high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians, and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. While driving the sales initiatives of Mavis, Service Managers communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information on repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations. To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess either: (i) one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales; (ii) one year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance; or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
