En Rodi Motor Services, empresa líder en el sector postventa de la automoción con más de 180 centros y en plena expansión, buscamos incorporar en nuestra central de Lleida un/a Controller Generalista para dar soporte transversal al área de Compras y Aprovisionamiento. Misión del puesto: Analizar, supervisar y optimizar los procesos y datos vinculados a las áreas de Compras y Aprovisionamiento, garantizando el control de costes, márgenes, condiciones comerciales y la correcta gestión operativa de la información, contribuyendo a la mejora continua y a la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Funciones principales Análisis y seguimiento de costes, márgenes y desviaciones Control y supervisión de políticas comerciales y condiciones con proveedores Elaboración y seguimiento de informes y KPIs del área Análisis de datos de compras, stock y aprovisionamiento Revisión y validación de parametrizaciones en ERP (Business Central) Seguimiento de rappels, aportaciones comerciales y provisiones Detección de incidencias y propuesta de mejoras en procesos internos Coordinación transversal con Compras, Aprovisionamiento, Administración y Dirección Soporte en la optimización de procesos y análisis operativo Participación en proyectos de mejora y automatización de datos Requisitos +2 años de experiencia en controlling, compras, aprovisionamiento o análisis de negocio Valorable experiencia en sectores automoción, industrial, retail o distribución Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado al detalle Nivel avanzado de Excel y análisis de datos Valorable experiencia con ERP Business Central Capacidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información Valorable conocimiento de estructuras de costes, márgenes y gestión de stock Inglés hablado y escrito (valorable) Formación Grado en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería, Estadística o similar Se valorarán perfiles con experiencia operativa en compras o aprovisionamiento con evolución hacia controlling o análisis Ofrecemos Contrato indefinido Jornada completa Horario flexible de mañana y tarde de lunes a jueves, viernes jornada intensiva Posibilidades reales de crecimiento y promoción interna Incorporación a una de las mayores empresas de la provincia de Lleida Integración en un equipo joven con muy buen ambiente laboral Paquete retributivo según experiencia aportad #J-18808-Ljbffr Rodi Motor Services
