Restaurant Manager City Lines Bar & Grill – Dacula, GA We’re looking for a strong, dependable manager to join our team at City Lines Bar & Grill. We’re a neighborhood bar & grill focused on creating a great experience for every guest who walks through the door. We’re looking for someone who can lead shifts, support staff, build relationships with guests, and help continue growing the business. Managers are expected to be on the floor supporting the front of house, bar, and kitchen operations throughout the shift while helping maintain a positive guest experience across the entire restaurant. Schedule Typical schedule includes: Night shifts: 5pm–3am Sunday shift: 4pm–1am Benefits Set Schedule 4‑Day Work Week Every Other Weekend Off Full‑Time Hours Responsibilities Managing overall restaurant operations Supporting FOH, bar, and kitchen teams Leading staff during busy shifts Creating a positive guest experience Helping build repeat business and guest relationships Handling guest concerns professionally Cash handling & closing procedures Maintaining cleanliness and standards Qualifications Has restaurant/bar management experience Leads by example Understands hospitality and guest experience Is reliable, professional, and team‑oriented Wants to help grow and improve the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
