About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff (CoS) to join their team. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional executive assistant duties, requiring a proactive, strategic partner to the CEO and COO. The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating the needs of the executives, removing obstacles, and creating leverage to support the fast-paced, venture-backed organization. Key responsibilities include complex calendaring, meeting preparation, and the coordination of various initiatives. The CoS will also be a cultural force multiplier, setting the tone for the company and ensuring that the executives can operate with the clarity, focus, and energy necessary to impact the entire organization. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is deeply proactive, finds fulfillment in enabling leaders and teams, and thrives in early-stage environments. They must be able to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders, from executives to investors, and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
