Specialist, Quality (Systems and Data)

The primary role of a Specialist in Quality is data and specification entry primarily into SAP to support quality as it relates to our product life cycle management (PLM) process. This person also collects, organizes, monitors and distributes information related to quality. This is a hybrid role based in Marysville, Ohio. Associate will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week. Create, update, and route specifications in PLM, specifically ingredients, recipes, formulas, components, and finished goods, at the direction of PLM Business Manager, Portfolio Manager, and/or R&D lead. Support other functions within Quality and R&D in the SAP system, such as creating DMS documents, inputting QINs or Waivers, or creating/updating QM routings. Support R&D and Global Quality in document control and organization, e.g lab notebooks and creating/issuing Quality Holds. Support the Global Quality team in other areas as needed, e.g. Grass Seed germination data reporting. The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $59,700.00 - $70,200.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
