Senior B2B Marketing Manager

Job Summary Plutus21 is looking for a senior full-stack B2B marketer — someone who can set the strategy and build the thing. You will own marketing end to end for Plutus 21 Partners: positioning, demand generation, content, web, and the systems that make it all measurable. Responsibilities Sharpen how we articulate what Plutus 21 does, who it's for, and why we win Build the messaging framework, ICP definitions, and proof points that everything else runs on Develop case studies and client stories that stand up to scrutiny from sophisticated buyers Own the pipeline number: design, run and iterate on multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, events and partnerships Build and manage the inbound engine end to end, from first touch to qualified opportunity Partner closely with our outbound SDR function on sequences, targeting and messaging so paid, inbound and outbound pull in the same direction Deploy partner and alliance marketing Build executive and event-led account-based marketing campaigns Set the content strategy and produce the top-of-funnel and mid-funnel assets that earn attention in a crowded market Support founder- and partner-level thought leadership across LinkedIn and other channels Direct writers, designers and freelancers — and write the important pieces yourself Own the website as a conversion asset: structure, copy, landing pages, CRO Run technical and content SEO, and improve organic performance over time Stand up and maintain the marketing stack across CRM, automation, attribution and analytics Build reporting that ties spend to pipeline to revenue, and report on it honestly Manage budget and make clear calls on where to double down and where to cut Qualifications 6+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful time at a services, consulting, agency or B2B SaaS business selling to a considered, high-value enterprise buyer — preferably middle market firms Demonstrated full-stack range: you've personally run demand gen and content and web and ops, not just directed one of them A track record you can walk us through — what you inherited, what you changed, what it produced Strong commercial instincts and comfort being measured on pipeline, not impressions Comfort working autonomously in a distributed, multi-timezone team with meaningful overlap with US hours Hands‑on fluency with the modern B2B stack, including HubSpot or similar, GA4, SEO tooling, ad platforms, and AI tooling in your day-to‑day workflow Experience marketing to founders, investors or financial services buyers is a plus Exposure to Web3, fintech or emerging tech categories is a plus Experience building a marketing function from a near‑standing start is a plus Experience working with or managing offshore/distributed marketing teams is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Plutus21
