Bodyrok InstructorBodyrok offers high intensity, low impact workouts that will tone, define and sculpt your body & mind in just 40 minutes. Our instructors have earned a reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in the industry. We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates method taught on custom-built reformers to give one of the most efficient full-body workouts there is. Our trainers are connected to a microphone instructing to heart-pumping music in high-energy studios. The Bodyrok method is built to be high-intensity & low-impact, leaving our clients energized and feeling great! We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individuals passionate about health, fitness, and the Bodyrok brand.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTeach high-intensity Pilates classes on our custom-built reformersProvide exceptional hospitality to all Bodyrok clientsRepresent the Bodyrok brand both inside and outside of classExcellent ability to multitask and communicateCapability and interest in learning / growing with our expanding brandFollow the Bodyrok teaching methodQualificationsAttended a minimum of 10 Bodyrok sculpt classesBasic understanding of anatomy and biomechanicsFlexible teaching scheduleCan be scheduled to teach at least two days per weekCPR certifiedPreferred 1-year minimum experience instructing one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.Physical RequirementsAbility to demonstrate Bodyrok method exercises and routines to clientsAssisting clients with exercises to minimize injury and promote fitnessAbility to modify exercises according to clients' fitness levelsTeach effectively and safely during all classes.Upcoming instructor auditions by invitation:Alamo location - Saturday, June 14th 2025Oakland location - Tuesday, June 24th 2025Berkeley location - Sunday, July 6th 2025Next training is July 17th-20th. Cost of training is $1500. Discounts apply for early payment as well as prior certifications.
