Job DescriptionJob Description Position Summary We are seeking a hands‑on IBC Operations Manager to oversee daily operations within our industrial tank cleaning facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, high‑quality cleaning standards, and on‑time delivery, while supporting scheduling and maintaining customer needs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with IBC/tote cleaning experience who is ready to step into a leadership role. Prior management experience is not required—we’re looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership, and understands how to get the job done. --- Key Responsibilities Oversee daily IBC/tote cleaning operations, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards Coordinate scheduling and workflow to meet production targets and customer timelines Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and support basic customer and sales Lead and support team members on the floor, training, coaching, and setting expectations Maintain a safe work environment, including proper use of PPE and adherence to SDS/MSDS requirements --- Qualifications IBC/tote cleaning experience required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand English, including SDS/MSDS documentation Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in an industrial environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Natural leadership ability and accountability; prior management experience not required --- What We’re Looking For A working leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves Someone who understands that quality and turnaround drive the business A dependable, solutions‑oriented operator ready to take the next step into leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
