District Manager

Scooters Coffee is hiring happy positive smiling faces with Leadership skills to be the District Manager. Currently there are 3 stores to oversee in Warrenton MO Ellisville MO and Farmington MO. Two or more years of manager experience in a fast-paced food service type environment is required.

We are looking for a candidate with the qualifications below:

• Leadership - The ability to positively lead and develop store managers as well as the entire team while following all franchise regulations.
• Administrative - The ability to efficiently staff all stores in the district and make sure all stores in the district are stocked while meeting all deadlines and operating within payroll and inventory budgets.
• Organizational - The ability to oversee up to 5 stores in your district; maintaining a schedule of being in all stores weekly leading weekly meetings and ensuring all stores are following the systems in place and maintaining a clean store inside and out.
• Customer Service - The ability to build sales and develop loyal relationships with customers by providing outstanding products and amazing service in a fast friendly efficient manner.
