Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! Full or part time position open for a qualified NP in a skilled nursing facility in Norwood, NJ! *Offering flexible hours and days. No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on call required! * *Lots of room for a great work-life balance! *Lots of potential to earn SIGNIFICANT EXTRA INCOME with our incredible productivity bonus program!! Responsibilities: Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists Qualifications: Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED! Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers Job Type: Full-time Part-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year (BASE PAY + PRODUCTIVITY BONUS) Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Medical Specialty: Geriatrics Primary Care Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
