Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and infrastructure teams to define solution architectures, evaluate technologies, and guide implementation across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and integration ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
• Design cloud-native, microservices-based, and distributed application architectures.
• Create architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and engineering teams.
• Review application designs and code to ensure architectural alignment.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and technology evaluations.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD and infrastructure automation strategies.

• APIs & Integration: REST, GraphQL, SOAP, Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• DevOps Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
• Security: OAuth2, SAML, JWT, Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Google Professional Cloud Architect
  • TOGAF Certification

Experience:

• 8-15 years of experience in software development, system design, or enterprise architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect or Technical Architect role.
• Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise applications and cloud solutions.
• Experience working with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and API gateways.
• Understanding of data architecture, analytics, and data governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
