Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Solid background in pediatric speech therapy, ideally within educational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong assessment, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide resources and support to families and staff as needed
