What You'll Do
- Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, assessments, and collateral data
- Establish psychiatric diagnoses following DSM criteria
- Provide evidence-based psychological treatments for individuals and groups
- Support patients coping with medical or surgical illnesses and injuries
- Assist in patient rehabilitation as needed
- Collaborate within an integrated primary care/behavioral health model
- Adhere to state licensing guidelines and APA ethical principles
What You Need
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Completion of an APA-accredited psychology internship
- Active, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license (any state)
- Minimum 1 year of licensed experience
- Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- Ability to pass a government background check/security clearance
Preferred
- Experience in integrated behavioral health or primary care settings
About the Assignment
You will support a behavioral health outpatient clinic within a patient- and family-centered, team-based primary care model designed to address comprehensive health and wellness needs. This role involves evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, following a structured weekday schedule with no overnight or weekend hours involved.
