• Virtual Consultations: Meet with prospective clients, including people reached through established benefit markets.

• Client Needs Analysis: Identify client needs, explain available life insurance options, and build professional relationships.

• Skill Enhancement: Develop presentation, communication, and client-service skills through ongoing coaching.

• Production & Growth: Work toward individual production goals while exploring opportunities to grow professionally.

• Company-Provided Leads: Access leads developed through AO's established markets, reducing the need to build a prospect list entirely on your own.

• Consistent Training: Online learning resources plus live training opportunities Monday through Friday, with 1–2 hour sessions.
