Responsibilities You are a people person who engages with guests to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, using the AEO Selling Model. Maintain a friendly, helpful approach. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Promote the AEO loyalty program and related brand channels to guests. Flex across locations (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom) as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals. Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures. Qualifications Love interacting with people and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with guest shopping times. A genuine interest in AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. Minimum age of 16 years.
