Account Manager Massillon OH Paper Mills

About the Role Manage two large accounts in Massillon, maintaining stability and growing business through chemical programs and technical services. Oversee an account with established business and a second account with recent business and large growth potential. Support and direct a technician serving both mills. Collaborate with an experienced rep and area manager in the Massillon region. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, or another technical field (or equivalent experience). Several years of industry experience in pulp & paper or water treatment. Experience selling chemicals in the pulp & paper industry or related sectors. Strong drive for results, continuous improvement, and safety. Ability to work effectively with multiple levels of an organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer‑service, and sales skills. Ability to document and present product and service value to customers. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $80,730.00 – $118,404.00, plus discretionary bonuses.
