Position Overview

Empower Concierge Rehab and PT is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our innovative rehabilitation team in LaBelle, Florida. Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the beautiful city of LaBelle, Florida. Our clinic is designed to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere that fosters healing and collaboration. As part of our team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while focusing on delivering top-notch patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, including evaluating their physical capabilities, limitations, and overall functional mobility.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals tailored to each patient's recovery needs.
• Implement treatment interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to effectively address each patient's condition and enhance their recovery process.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers about their conditions, exercises, and strategies for ongoing health maintenance.
• Maintain open lines of communication with referring physicians, physical therapy assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare team members to coordinate optimal care.
• Document all patient interactions and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Promote a supportive and motivating environment that encourages patients to engage actively in their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with outpatient clients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, neurological issues, and chronic pain management. Our team's holistic approach to rehabilitation considers the physical, emotional, and social aspects of our patients' lives, ensuring comprehensive care that enables them to achieve their health goals.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Physical Therapist License in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited DPT/PT program.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with patients and their families.
• A deep commitment to patient care and a genuine desire to improve individuals' health outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred, although new graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• A background in specific therapeutic modalities or programs related to sports rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year , commensurate with experience. Our compensation structure also includes performance bonuses, incentive pay, and a generous continuing education unit (CEU) allowance, supporting your professional growth.
