6:00 AM 11:00 AM
6:00 AM 2:00 PM Weekend availability required

What you'll do:

As a morning prep team member, you help set the tone for the entire day. Your responsibilities include:

Rolling burritos and preparing onions, sauces, and beverages (Iced Coffee/Iced Tea)
Keeping the prep area organized, clean, and clutter-free
Following food safety standards and prepping required food items
Stocking and rotating inventory correctly
Reading and following prep charts in E-Production
Panning and storing products in proper containers and replenishing items as needed
Cleaning breakfast dishes and maintaining a tidy workspace

Your work ensures the restaurant is ready, stocked, and running smoothly before the rush begins.

You'll be a great fit if you are:

Dependable, detail-oriented, and consistent
Comfortable communicating with management about low stock or prep needs
Available early mornings and weekends
Able to lift up to 10 lbs
Someone who takes pride in organization and efficiency
