Your commitment to professional development will keep the team at its best. The Ideal Candidate Self‑driven individual with a strong background in Business Banking and Relationship Management. Experience originating small business loans, proven credit knowledge, and a successful track record in sales. Ability to profile customers, engage them in the sales process, and build effective relationships is essential. Requirements 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes. Proven sales and outside calling skills. Excellent relationship‑building and networking abilities. Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. Position involves frequent travel or driving. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with regular travel commitments. Compensation & Benefits Competitive industry rate salary bands. Salary range for the position is $62,000 to $92,000. In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs.
