In this role, you will provide technical oversight, mentoring, and project management while contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business development and implement sales strategies to drive sustainable growth of the survey practiceIdentify and pursue opportunities to expand survey services throughout West VirginiaCollaborate across Thrasher's practice areas to deliver integrated, client-centered solutionsProvide technical oversight, including quality assurance and quality control of procedures and work productPromote and monitor field and office procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality service deliveryAssist with identifying and recruiting key personnel to strengthen the teamWhat You'll BringExperience: 5–10 years of professional surveying in a professional office environmentLicensure: Ability to obtain WV PLS license; current WV PLS preferred but not requiredTechnical knowledge: Current principles, techniques, and technologies in land surveyingProject management: Proposals, budget tracking, and billing review for survey projectsCommunication: Clear professional written and verbal communication skillsLeadership: Ability to mentor staff and grow the practice through marketing and networkingBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts; a Health Savings Account with company contributions; company-paid short- and long-term disability; and a $100,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company.
