American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Occupational Therapist temporary letter will be accepted until license is issued.Education:Bachelor's degree required.
