What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Kansas state licensure in good standing or eligibility to obtain KS licensure. ASHA CCC-SLP preferred. Educator's license or eligibility for state teaching certification preferred. Pediatric experience required. Experience across K-12 grade levels preferred. Prior school-based caseload management experience preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45-55 students required. Experience servicing multiple school sites or willingness to travel between 2-3 schools during the workday required. Strong organizational skills, ability to create engaging therapy plans, and effective collaboration with teachers and families required. What You'll Do: Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams. Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines. Typical schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Grade levels: K-12. Caseload: Approximately 45-55 students for SLP. Service model: In-person or hybrid; clinicians will service 2-3 school sites during the assignment. Interviews will be conducted virtually.
