Sr Strategy & Programs Manager, Bellevue, WA

The Sr. Strategy & Programs Manager is responsible for bringing business strategy to life through strategy definition, development, and execution. This individual contributor will own the design and roll-out programs that align sales behavior with company strategy. This employee will work with key business partners to ensure program design, execution, and communication are aligned with overall strategy. This employee will work cross functionally and have a close working relationship with other Channel teams including: Go-to-Market, Commissions Operations, Project Management, Product & Technology, Marketing, Finance, and HR Compensation. This role will also be accountable for driving channel sales programs and operational excellence, ensuring field understanding and execution of initiatives. This role will spearhead and lead the change management needed across the field and HQ to support the roll-out of strategic initiatives.At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. Techindustry preferred.Retail/wireless sales/service experience a plusProven ability to analyze data from existingsystems and multiple sources, consolidateresults, create a comprehensive picture, andmake/present informed recommendations. Extensive knowledge of compensation plan &incentive design.Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.Strong project management, analysis, andexecution skills -- resulting in track record ofsuccessful achievements..Demonstrated use of innovative yet analyticalapproaches to problem solving.Basic computer skills and knowledge ofcommon business applications (web browsers,Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.)Knowledge of T-Mobile’s commissionoperations & Enterprise Commission System preferred.Assess upcoming business initiatives and develop analytics-driven sales compensation recommendationsfor comp plans, SPIFFs, programs, and incentives.Identify field successes and challenges subsequently interfacing and partnering with SOS functional groups to determine a national solution, approach, and tactics.Interpret strategy into tactics for field level employees. Solve and provide the “Why” and the “How”.Create curriculum and/or tools for cadence and communication. Work with field leaders to socialize and lay the foundation for change management that sets the field up for success upon launch of projects, programs, and initiatives.Work closely with technical partners to ensure systematic execution excellence.
