Description Summary Trailhead Financial Group (TFG) is a growing wealth advisory practice operating within Thrivent's Southeast Advisor Group. Founded by Michael Raymond, ChFC®, CEPA, FIC, TFG serves clients across Western North Carolina from offices in Asheville and Hendersonville. Position Overview The Administrative Assistant is the first face clients and guests encounter at Trailhead Financial Group. This role is based primarily out of our Hendersonville, NC office, with regular presence in our Asheville location one to two days per week (or more if client needs dictate) alongside the full advisory team. You will support the Trailhead Financial Group client needs across both locations, serve as a key operational anchor for day‑to‑day office functions, and provide administrative support to our Wealth Advisors and Founder. The Administrative Assistant is employed by George Bailey Group, LLC. This position is based at our Hendersonville, NC office. Regular travel to our Asheville, NC office is expected one to two days per week (or more if client needs dictate), coordinated with the full team schedule. Occasional additional travel may be required to support executive operations, attend conferences, or participate in firm-sponsored events.
