About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial management, and will be responsible for the organization's financial strategy, planning, and operations. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable growth, ensuring financial health, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Vice President of Finance will lead the company's financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, and will also be tasked with managing relationships with banks and lenders to optimize financial performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a financial leadership role and hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Essential functions of the role include overseeing financial reporting, monitoring cash flow, and capital structure, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management, and will be adept at business partnering and executive communication. Supervisory responsibilities include leading and mentoring the finance and accounting teams, and the role requires a data-driven, change management, and scalability mindset. The Vice President of Finance will also be involved in negotiating bank terms and credit arrangements to optimize the cost of capital and will be expected to provide actionable financial insights to the leadership team.
