Our pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy that is located inside the medical building next to the Holy Cross Hospital in Germantown, Maryland. We are committed to increasing patient access to care, lowering costs and streamlining the patient’s doctor visit to the pharmacy. Pharmacy Technicians are at the forefront of our purpose as they deliver compassionate care to our patients every day.

You will work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained. Pharmacy Technicians take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients, and they demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Success in this role includes being able to manage all assigned workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions all while providing caring service. We are requiring candidates to be able to satisfy all registration, licensing and certification requirements according to MD State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines. This could initally be a part time and possibly turn into a full time position.

Required Qualifications:

● Must be at least 18 years of age

● MD State Licensed or Nationally Certified licensure for Pharmacy Technician

● High School diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred, But Not Required Qualifications

● Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

● PTCB National Certification
