Key Responsibilities Own the full customer journey, delivering a seamless experience from initial engagement through post‑delivery follow‑up. Confidently guide customers through product selection, promotions, ordering, and delivery communication to drive successful outcomes. Accurately prepare and process sales orders, meeting performance and quality standards. Build and maintain strong product expertise. Proactively respond to assigned text and digital chat inquiries using company‑approved tools to convert opportunities into sales. Present and recommend product protection plans and available financing options to maximize customer value and sales results. Actively manage leads and conduct timely customer follow‑up to drive appointments, close sales, and support repeat business. Clearly communicate promotional pricing and advertised merchandise to support informed buying decisions. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling showroom that supports an effective sales environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer‑service mindset with a passion for helping others. Retail sales experience preferred but not required—we train the right candidates. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
