Job Opportunity – Neuro Stepdown Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 12-hour shifts. Holiday rotation required (at least every other holiday).

Requirements:

• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact state license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in neuro stepdown or related specialty
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), ACLS, and NIHSS (all must be active at submission)
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience preferred but not required
• Professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from an assignment within the past 12 months
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Clear background check and license verification required
