Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state license in Physical Therapy
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of pediatric PT best practices
- Ability to craft effective treatment plans tailored to students' needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify physical and motor skill challenges impacting educational participation
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student achievement
- Provide direct therapy services, model techniques, and offer training to staff where needed
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt approaches based on student progress and evolving needs
