Full-Time | Year-Round Opportunity

Base Salary: $30,000 plus Uncapped Commission

Expected Annual Earnings: $60,000 to $85,000+ annually

We're looking for a Water Mitigation Sales Consultant to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and business owners following water damage events. You'll assess property damage, prepare estimates, recommend restoration solutions, and guide customers through the mitigation process from the initial consultation through project completion.

Unlike many outside sales roles, you'll continue to support your customers after the sale by coordinating with our mitigation team, monitoring project progress, and ensuring every job meets our standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Respond to residential and commercial water mitigation opportunities throughout the service area

• Meet with homeowners, property owners, and business managers to inspect damage and identify restoration needs

• Prepare accurate estimates and present customized mitigation solutions

• Build trust through consultative, solution-focused sales conversations

• Guide customers through every step of the restoration process while providing exceptional communication and support

• Coordinate project scheduling with mitigation technicians and office staff

• Visit active job sites to monitor mitigation crews, verify work is being completed accurately, safely, and according to company standards, and address customer questions or concerns

• Provide field guidance and support to technicians when needed to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and deliver an outstanding customer experience

• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with plumbers, insurance professionals, adjusters, property managers, and other community organizations

• Identify opportunities to expand services while maintaining a customer-first approach

• Help grow the business through relationship development, referrals, and exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

• Proven outside sales, consultative sales, or business development experience

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to earn customer trust

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Water mitigation, restoration, construction, roofing, plumbing, or home service experience

• Plumbing knowledge is highly preferred

• Experience preparing estimates or selling restoration, construction, or service projects

• Existing relationships with insurance professionals, adjusters, plumbers, or property managers

• Previous project coordination or field leadership experience
