Ensure process improvement opportunities are reviewed by appropriate stakeholders.Propose Pega design improvements and advocate for end users. QualificationsBachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 7+ years of IT experience and 5+ years' experience with creating and executing automated testsProven ability to thoroughly understand specified standards, procedures and product specifications and design test plans based on this information.Demonstrate expertise with the most recent and relevant technologies in the quality assurance review processes. Experience with PEGA Web Application TestingExperience with JAVA Web Application TestingExperience with SOAP and REST Web Service TestingUser-driven mindset and strong understanding of user-centered design principles.Confident problem solver and solid communicator.Experience as a team player in a fast-paced environment.Sharp eye for detail, disciplined and organized.Resourceful, innovative and has demonstrated self-motivated work prioritization skills.
