You will support a wide range of services from basic maintenance to assisting with more complex repairs under the guidance of senior technicians. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every task is completed with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.What you'll be doing:Perform Basic Vehicle Services and Support: Execute routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes. Assist mid-level and advanced technicians with more complex repairs, learning proper techniques and procedures.Initial Diagnostics and Inspection: Perform basic vehicle safety and maintenance inspections. Use foundational knowledge and diagnostic tools to perform initial checks, reporting findings to a senior technician or Service Advisor.Documentation and Shop Operations: Accurately document all basic services performed and any observations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored.Team Collaboration and Learning: Work collaboratively with fellow team members.
