Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 36–48 Hours per Week Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuro ICU/SICU setting, managing complex trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation, order management, and patient charting
• Monitor and respond to changes in critically ill patients' conditions, coordinating with the interdisciplinary care team
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including navy blue scrubs
• Complete a competency test within 24 hours of submission as part of the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New York State
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU staff experience, specifically with trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
• Trauma Level One experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Must not reside in an ineligible local county as defined by the facility's current local candidate policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a high-acuity, mixed Neuro/Surgical ICU patient population
• Familiarity with protocols and workflows in a large academic medical center environment
• Ability to float to other units as needed
