We are looking for a bilingual, client-obsessed Specialist to join our Brooklyn team. You will be a front-line point of contact for TZA clients by phone, real-time chat and email in both Spanish and English, convert new account applicants into funded, active traders, and handle the day-to-day brokerage operations behind those accounts. You will work alongside experienced operators, learn our platforms and procedures in depth, and be measured against clear standards for the speed and quality of every client interaction.

This is a fast-paced role at a growing firm. The work changes as the business does, and we want someone who is energized by that.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Client care. Handle inbound calls, live chats and emails in Spanish and English, covering account access, platform questions, order and execution inquiries, funding, margin and balances, professionally and against measurable service standards for response time, resolution time and quality.

- Sales and onboarding. Work the new-application pipeline daily: follow up with prospects who have submitted contact details or an application, guide them through approval, funding and transfers, and convert them into active clients.

- Brokerage operations. Process deposits, withdrawals, journals and transfers within cut-offs;
support corporate actions, trade settlement and trade corrections;
answer margin, short selling and locate questions;
support Short Locate requests.

- Accuracy and conduct. Work in line with FINRA and SEC rules and TZA's Code of Conduct, document every interaction and instruction completely, use approved channels only, and escalate issues early.

- Process improvement. Help keep our procedures aligned with how the work is actually done, contribute to designing new workflows and controls, and maintain the job aids and documentation behind them.

- Cross-team work. Partner with engineering to reproduce and report platform issues, and with Compliance, Trading and Finance to resolve client matters end to end.

- Keep growing. Take on new products, systems and responsibilities as the firm scales, and flex coverage during high-volume market sessions.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English in both written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical trading concepts clearly in both. Required.

- 2+ years in brokerage, broker-dealer, financial services or a comparable client-facing environment.

- SIE required at hire. FINRA Series 7 required within six months. We sponsor, pay for and support you through it.

- Fluency in self-directed investing and the mechanics active traders live by: margin, short selling, locates and borrow availability, plus the FINRA and SEC requirements that apply to a retail broker-dealer.

- Operational familiarity with corporate actions, trade settlement and corrections, order management systems and trade analytics.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of hitting defined service and quality metrics.

- Composure and ownership. Calm with frustrated clients, calm in volatile markets, and follows issues through to resolution.

- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to be on-site in Brooklyn at least four days per week. Employment is subject to a criminal background check and the disclosures required for FINRA registration.

NICE TO HAVE

- Series 7 already held and active, or eligible for reactivation.

- Personal or professional experience with active day trading, equities and options.

- Prior experience at an online, self-directed or active-trader brokerage.

- Familiarity with securities lending, hard-to-borrow inventory or locate services;
CRM, ticketing and Excel proficiency.
