Marketing SpecialistTexoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. Advanced resources such as certified trauma care support TMC's role as a regional specialty center.The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of facilities and hospital service lines at Texoma Medical Center and TexomaCare, as assigned by the Director of Marketing. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop strategic marketing plans for their assigned facilities and service lines and help oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing initiatives, including cross-platform branding campaigns and multi-platform programs.Responsibilities include:Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the Texoma market's overall strategic marketing plan.Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors to deploy successful campaigns from ideation to execution that boost the Texoma reputation and increase traffic to its facilities.Work closely with the other marketing team members and facility leaders and staff to execute marketing programs.Assist as needed at all Texoma executed and/or sponsored community events and programs.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism and other related fields.Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration optional.Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing. 5 years preferred.Exceptional written, oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Computer proficiency to include internet research, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and graphic software.Communication, relationship-building, and project management skills are critical to success.Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.Willingness to "roll up sleeves" to perform at all levels and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Ability to work flexible hours, as needed.Must be detail-oriented and exhibit initiative.Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to TMC Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issues(s) to the Compliance Officer.EEO Statement: All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
