Step into an engaging opportunity providing speech-language services across two vibrant elementary and middle school campuses. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll support learners from kindergarten through eighth grade, utilizing your expertise to foster communication growth and academic success.

Your primary responsibility will be managing a dynamic caseload that currently encompasses 58 students—with an influx expected as six new preschoolers transition in and additional enrollments anticipated. You'll enjoy a dedicated office on the lower campus, but your impact will reach across both school sites, offering variety and the chance to collaborate with a diverse team dedicated to student well-being.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience with school-based speech-language services, ideally in K-8 settings
• Strong assessment, intervention, and collaborative skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt services to meet evolving needs
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for K-8 students
• Evaluate and identify communication disorders; participate in eligibility assessments
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and legal requirements
• Support students both individually and in groups, tailoring services to diverse learning profiles

This contract role spans 200+15 days, aligning with the academic calendar from August 7, 2026, through June 4, 2027, plus additional days for pre- and post-school year duties. Enjoy a pay rate of $50+ per hour, providing competitive compensation for your valuable clinical expertise.
