Vendor Requirements We are currently looking for quality subcontractors to add to our vendor list. Especially, companies with the following specialties: Cabinetry install/repair Carpentry Finish-out Flooring Painting Sheetrock / Drywall Roofing Texturing Trim work Insurance Requirements Because most of our work is insurance related, we require our subcontractors to carry Commercial General Liability Insurance as follows:

• 1,000,000 each occurrence
• 2,000,000 general aggregate per project
• 1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate
• 1,000,000 personal and advertising injury

Business Automobile Liability as follows: $1,000,000 combined single limit OR

• 1,000,000 bodily injury - each person
• 1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence
• 500,000 property damage
