$15 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Set up banquet rooms with precision, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining a keen eye on guest needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating our commitment to exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas, reflecting our dedication to excellence.
• Assist in the breakdown and clean-up of banquet spaces, ensuring a smooth transition for the next event.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

• High level of professionalism

• Strong communication skills

• Strong teamwork skills

• Customer service-oriented; ensures each guest has an excellent experience

• Maintain a pleasant & positive attitude

Education And Experience Required:

• At least one (1) year of banquet serving experience is preferred

• POS Experience is preferred

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
