Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule providing full-scope outpatient primary care in a Patient-Centered Medical Home setting.

Practice & Cases

• Full-scope primary care for acute and chronic conditions
• Minor office procedures and point-of-care testing
• Travel medicine, annual physicals, preventive care, and women's health services
• Patient-Centered Medical Home environment

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch
• Consistent 7.5-hour workdays
• No call requirements

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active New Jersey license required
• BLS and DEA required
• Minimum one year of autonomous primary care experience

Logistics

• Travel, lodging, mileage, rental car, and airfare are not provided
• Local candidates preferred
