Director, Field Execution and Excellence
Madrigal Pharmaceuticals
Madrigal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director of Field Execution and Excellence to lead program management for Field Sales initiatives and coordinate cross-functional implementation. This remote role bridges Field Sales and home-office teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, manage national meetings, and drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead program management for Field Sales-sponsored initiatives and maintain visibility across priority projects with field implementation components
- Translate strategic direction into actionable program plans with clear governance, timelines, responsibilities, and decision pathways
- Plan and execute major national meetings including Regional Reviews, National Sales Meetings, and Fast Start sessions
- Serve as key liaison between Field Sales, field-facing teams, and home-office functions to identify implications and coordinate implementation
- Identify process improvements and support initiatives to streamline field-facing platforms, communications, and technology systems
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading program management and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong project planning, governance, and accountability skills
- Ability to influence and drive execution without formal authority
- Experience coordinating large-scale meetings and commercial events
- Knowledge of pharma field operations, sales processes, or commercial execution
- Proficiency with project management and workflow tools
