DSP Sartell Elmo Lane (35) Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8am-3pm, Tuesday 8am-4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8am-3pm Every other Saturday and Sunday 10a-4pm
Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meet's Sevita insurability policy

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
- Education: No High School Diploma or equivalent required for direct care role.
- Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
