We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5 8 years of professional software engineering experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across frontend and backend development, with a particular emphasis on React, Node.js, Python, AWS, API architecture, DevOps, and practical AI implementation.

This role is suited for an engineer who can contribute across the full technology stack, think from a systems and architecture perspective, take ownership of production applications, and mentor other engineers.

• 5 8 years of professional experience in full stack software development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and Python.

• Strong Python development experience is a must.

• Strong AWS/cloud experience is a must, including development and deployment of cloud-based applications.

• Proven experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and other service-oriented architectures.

• Strong understanding of systems design, software architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud deployments, monitoring, and production ownership.

• Practical experience using and implementing AI/ML capabilities within software applications.

• Strong understanding of application security, testing, version control, and software development best practices.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and take end-to-end ownership of solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and humility.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and upskill other engineers.

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using React, Node.js, and Python.

• Build and maintain robust APIs and backend services.

• Design cloud-native solutions and deploy applications using AWS services.

• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
