Seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, maintain and repair various manufacturing equipment and systems.
Junior level experience will be considered !!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of various manufacturing equipment, systems, and machines, such as coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment
- Equipment lubrication, filter changes and standard preventative maintenance
- Equipment troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations
- Highlighting any faults or damage to the machine, guarding or tooling
- Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations
- Working with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure
Ideal Experience:
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics and documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on the floor
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus
- Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance - General mechanical/electrical experience will be considered also.
There are also Field Service opportunities! Majority of trips are short in duration and not extended periods away.
