Cardiology (ECG) Tech I

Job Summary Responsible for performing electrocardiodiagnostic studies, assisting with scheduling both inpatients/ outpatients, channeling all cardiology diagnostic records to the physician for interpretation, and maintaining all related equipment and supplies. What You'll Bring to the Team Must have the ability to work independently and promote confidence, cooperation and relaxation of the patient to ensure accurate diagnostic information. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Ability to work flexible schedules and take call as needed Ability to perform stress testing and 12 lead ECG Strong organizational skills Problem solving skills Basic computer skills Licensure and Certification Completion of basic ECG course. Current BLS provider card Education High school graduate or GED equivalent Experience One (1) year technical and clinical experience in a Cardiology Department; hospital preferred General background in inpatient and outpatient care preferred Location Valencia, California #J-18808-Ljbffr International Executive Service Corps
